  Had questions about iPhone that were answered perfectly. I peppered the guy with all kinds of Apple concerns since my wife had an iPhone and I had an Android. I'm still thinking about converting to the iPhone. Turned out that he was a Verizon guy that gave me excellent info. Great teamwork.

  Do not and I repeat do not go to this location. I experience not one but two issues and problems when I went to the store to ask some simple questions about TVs and routers. The customer service there was none and when I asked for an apology for waiting over 10 minutes the manager didn’t want to give me one. I have reported them to corporate and new employees should be either retrained or hired because everyone from the top down at the store is ill-equipped to handle simple customer service.

  The three separate young men that assisted me were great! All of them were very knowledgeable about laptops ( which is what I was there to purchase). They were friendly, helpful and polite.
