    Unimpressed. I placed an order on Feb 13 for delivery on Feb 15. Since it was a thank you gift, I wanted to avoid Valentines Day. Called about noon on the 15th and told them not to deliver between 2-4 due to a doctors appointment. Got a call about6:30 stating they were still working on the item and hoped to get it delivered that evening. Because the lady sounded frazzled and the late hour, I told her it would be fine to deliver the next day (16th). I received a call at 6 pm on the 16th and they stated they had tried to deliver at about 5 pm but no one was home. (I specifically told them on both occasions to call before delivery to ensure they were home). The lady said that at 6 pm she called and the number I had given them was incorrect and that they would try and deliver on the 17th in the morning, so that "hopefully" it would still be fresh. SO, I'm assuming the delivery they tried on the 16th was actually made on the 15th and now will be delivered on the 17th. All of this could have been avoided if the person had just told me that they couldn't make the deliver. Now I've paid $100 for a fruit arrangement with ab out $30 of fruit (which I was willing to accept) and it will be spoiled by the time it arrives 2 days late. I've ordered from other locations and always had prompt delivery with delicious produce. Never again will I use the Mechanicsville store. Unreliable and it could have all been avoided. Just hoping the fruit is edible when it arrives, if it isn't I'll be asking for a remake or refund. By the way she said that of the 400 orders she had for Valentines Day about 40 had to be redone. That's a 10% failure rate. Not my idea of the way to run a business.

    The sight was easy to manage my purchase and it was delivered on time. I use the site for Valentine's Day. A day of having a product that was ordered from the comforts of home and completed with a smile. Sure will do it again.

    Literally watched the delivery girl drive away from my house, conveniently after 5 pm so there was no way to call for them to come back. It was ordered as a birthday present, and this ordeal ended up ruining the entire evening.
