  January 22, 2016 The weather forecast for the weekend was 8” - 14” of snow and sleet. The pilot light on my gas logs would not stay lit. I have driven by Fireplace innovations many times on my way to Mechanicsville so I stop by expecting to need to order an expensive part. It turns out I arrive before they officially open but the owner(?) helps me anyway. He answers my questions about the part I think I need and tells me that the part costs $125. He also tells me I don’t need the part, but instead I need a straw. He explains how to use the straw to solve my problem. My family is now warm and toasty. We are thankful for the honest man and will not hesitate to take our future business to Fireplace Innovations.
