  STOP!!! If you are looking for your perfect fireplace with top-notch service, you have arrived. The staff at Hearth and Home Shoppe in Mechanicsville, VA were patient with us. We had no idea what we wanted and changed our minds several times but they walked us through each step with unending kindness. Not one time did we feel pressure. Their customer service is rare in today’s world so it is refreshing to find it at HaHS. Their prices are competitive and they will do what they can to keep it that way. Josh, our installer and craftsman, is a perfectionist. He is exactly what you want in someone installing your fireplace. He is attentive to every little detail, even the ones the customer doesn’t see. In addition, he is customer friendly, polite and professional. Bottom line: Hearth and Home Shoppe of Mechanicsville isn’t happy until you’re happy. They actually live by that concept!
